Yes, Rhéma is her real name and she was born in Detroit, MI the youngest of three girls. She was baptized at 14, saved at 16, and filled with the Holy Ghost at 18. Rhéma has spent approximately 12 years at One Accord Ministries International. Growing up and moving from place to place almost constantly since the age of 7, change was something that couldn’t be avoided. Life became even more intense when she, along with other family members were evicted from their home being forced to shelters and out of state residencies.
In a period of three years Rhéma moved a total of nine times and the last move became home for she and her baby girl Rhiel who was born right in the midst of the chaos. Rhiel was instrumental in bringing the joy of the Lord back into her life even through all of the mistakes! She went from not wanting this child so much she offered to sign her over immediately, to going to sleep one night and waking up excited and honored to be the
mother of such a blessed baby!
She is now settled in her own home. God has blessed her and her daughter Rhiel with a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that God Himself has promised to foot the bill for! She has been through abusive relationships, homelessness, joblessness, and loneliness to come out of it whole, with a home, never alone, and God takes care of her every need! And she’s done all of this WHILE STAYING IN SCHOOL! So, God has truly blessed her! Please join Rhéma on her journey.
