Not By Sight is comprised of three members: Valiant, Nova and L.O.A. (Least Of All.) These young men strive to live a life pleasing to God by acting on their faith and their hope is that it is evident in their music. They are adamant about giving God His due in every lyric so the typical selfimage projection that is common in hip hop music is nowhere to be found in a song from Not By Sight. Every member of this group understands the depravity of mankind due to their experiences without God so they are bent on using every word to call the listener’s attention to what they desperately need: a closer relationship with the Father through Jesus Christ.
The New Covenant The sophomore album from Not By Sight entitled “The New Covenant” is one of the boldest challenges to complacency in the church ever created by musicians. Throughout this project you will find worship, evangelism, encouragement and honesty but for the believer that is tired of mediocrity in their walk you will also find what the group calls “hard to preach messages.” Topics like self denial, generosity, obedience, repentance, predestination, atheism and many more. The New Covenant is guaranteed to challenge your religion and invite you to a closer relationship with God himself and not just what your pastor told you about Him.
